The Organic Market of Sant Josep has more than thirty stalls differentiated by type: organic, local and handicrafts, this year have also organized several workshops, which, like last year, also try to reflect traditions, such as the development of orelletes or Ibizan herbs. This year in the organic market have been favored producers of fresh and organic product against the processed product, and as for crafts, the honorary master craftsmen, master craftsmen and those who have the letter of craftsman. From the City Council of Sant Josep has especially valued the fresh, local and from an environmentally friendly agriculture and at the same time craftsmen who have demonstrated their expertise and have earned official recognition.
